These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to coworkgamestudio.com, its subdomains and the web games we offer on them, including Drone Sim at dronesim.coworkgamestudio.com (together, "the services"). The services are provided by COWORK COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Cowork), Apartment L4-02.OT11 (L4-2.12), 2nd Floor, Tower L4, Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam ("we", "us"). By using the services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Using the services

You may use the services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse them: for example, not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy or redistribute the games, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use automated means to generate traffic or interact with ads.

2. Age

Our games are suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of majority in your country, please use the services with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Intellectual property

The services, including the games, software, graphics, text, logos and the names "Cowork Game Studio" and "Drone Sim", are owned by COWORK COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Some content, such as third-party 3D models, sounds or fonts, is used under its own licence. You may share screenshots and videos of our games for non-commercial purposes, such as reviews, guides and streams, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

4. Advertising

Free versions of our games and the sites may show ads from third parties such as Google. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. Please do not click ads that you are not interested in, and never click ads on purpose to generate revenue. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.

5. Purchases in apps

Paid apps and in-app purchases (such as a purchase to remove ads) are sold through the relevant app store, under that store's terms, payment and refund policies. Refund requests are handled by the store.

6. Third-party links

The services may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Simulation disclaimer

Drone Sim is a game. While it aims to feel like a real FPV drone, it does not replicate every condition of real flight and is not a certified training device. Always follow the drone laws and safety rules in your country when flying a real drone.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and working well, but we provide them "as is" and "as available", and we may change, suspend or discontinue any part of them at any time. Your saved settings and times are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the free services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Viet Nam. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the new Terms.
