Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how COWORK COMPANY LIMITED (Công ty TNHH Cowork, "we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit coworkgamestudio.com and its subdomains, including the web version of Drone Sim at dronesim.coworkgamestudio.com (together, "the sites"). Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy, linked from its store page; Drone Sim's is at dronesim.coworkgamestudio.com/privacy/.

1. Who is responsible

The sites are operated by COWORK COMPANY LIMITED, Apartment L4-02.OT11 (L4-2.12), 2nd Floor, Tower L4, Vinhomes Central Park, 720A Dien Bien Phu, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Email: support@coworkgamestudio.com. Phone: +84 985 718 113.

2. Information we collect

  • No accounts. You do not need an account to use the sites or play our web games, and we do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and use them only to reply and to provide support.
  • Game data on your device. Game settings, best times and similar preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
  • Technical data. Like any website, the servers that deliver our pages and any advertising partners may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit (see sections 3 and 4).

3. Advertising and cookies

We use, or plan to use, Google AdSense to show ads on the sites. Ads help us keep our web games free. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices. In the EU you can also use www.youronlinechoices.eu.
  • If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised based on your interests.

We do not use any other third-party ad networks at this time. If we add one, we will list it here with a link to its website and opt-out options.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not stop the sites or our games from working.

4. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used, through a consent message that uses a Google-certified consent management platform (in line with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework). You can refuse, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the privacy or consent link on the site. Where we rely on consent, the legal basis is your consent; for keeping the sites secure and working, it is our legitimate interest in operating them. You have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

5. Hosting

The sites are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log technical information such as your IP address when your browser requests a page, for security and operation; see the GitHub General Privacy Statement. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts; see Google's privacy policy above.

6. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to provide and secure the sites, to reply to your messages and support requests, and, through our advertising partners, to show ads. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.

7. Data retention

Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal business records, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the conversation ends, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Data stored in your browser stays there until you clear it. Cookies set by Google are kept for the periods described in Google's policies.

8. Children

Our games are suitable for all ages, but the sites are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) for the purpose of collecting personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown to users identified as children are limited to non-personalised ads, as required by Google's policies. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The sites are served over HTTPS. We keep the information we hold to a minimum and protect access to our email and accounts.

10. International transfers

We are based in Viet Nam, and our hosting and advertising providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Those providers apply their own safeguards for international transfers.

11. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of personalised ads using the links in section 3, block cookies in your browser, clear locally stored game data, and contact us to access or delete any personal information we hold about you. We will reply within 30 days.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our games and services change, for example when ads go live or an app launches. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the sites.
